Proportional valves

AVENTICS 608 SentronicD is a three-way, direct-operated proportional pressure control valve with digital control for air or neutral gases.
Its fast response time and high sensitivity make it ideal for applications requiring highly precise pressure regulation.
Control loop parameters can be easily configured and optimized for specific customer requirements using AVENTICS Data Acquisition Software (DaS) and PC connection.
Typical applications include automotive, tire manufacturing, analytical and diagnostic equipment, and bottling systems.

AVENTICS 614 SentronicPLUS is a three-way digitally controlled proportional pressure control valve that precisely adjusts pressure, flow, force, speed, and linear or angular positions for air and inert gases.
Its design allows use in potentially explosive environments in compliance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.
Valve components are engineered to provide control with extremely low hysteresis.
Control loop parameters can be configured and optimized using AVENTICS DaS software and PC connection.
Designed for applications with highly dynamic pressure requirements, it features integrated IO-Link communication capabilities.

AVENTICS 616 SentronicHD is a high-precision pilot-operated proportional pressure valve with digital control and a wide range of diagnostic functions.
The included DaS software allows setting control parameters via Ethernet TCP/IP connection to the specific application.
Control signals, feedback signals, and regulation parameters can be monitored and adjusted in real time.
SentronicHD can be configured for dual-loop control of process variables such as flow, force, speed, RPM, and temperature.
Suitable for air suspension systems, analytical and diagnostic equipment, biofuels, and bottling applications.

AVENTICS 615 Sentronic TWIN is a three-way proportional pressure control valve that precisely regulates pressure for air and inert gases.
The 615 series is designed for high-pressure regulation up to 80 bar (1160 psi) in a compact form factor.
A key feature is the included ATC software for optimal proportional control setup via PC, displaying setpoint and feedback signals.
Additional features include valve diagnostics, parameter settings, and maintenance tools.

Proportional Valves with Positioner D
Proportional valves used where greater control over media is required.
They provide variable flow proportional to the control signal.
The robust Positioner D enables fine proportional control for adjusting flow of a wide range of liquids and gases on pneumatically operated valves, with a design ensuring long service life up to 3 million cycles.
Positioner D rotates 360° and can be easily mounted directly on a pneumatic actuator.
It offers both open and closed control modes with LED indicators for operational status and diagnostic functions.
Model 290/390 with Positioner D is delivered fully configured and tested, ready for immediate use.

ASCO 290 CP is a series of motorized proportional valves with fast shutoff, high flow, and water hammer-resistant design.
Robust and reliable, these valves are suitable for a variety of applications including sterilizers, wine production (temperature control), food processing, car washes, hydrotherapy, water treatment, industrial heating and cooling systems, and onboard vehicle equipment.
